Mr. Paul Ta has almost 30 years experience as a developer of real estate projects in the US and Asia.  His expertise is in all phases of real estate development, from purchasing of raw land to finished products, financing packages, lender and loan negotiations, planning and construction project management, residential, commercial, retail, industrial parks, export processing zones, hotel and office buildings.

Mr. Paul Ta holds a Master Degree in Industrial Management from the University of Dallas , and has been listed as a Member in the National Register’s WHO’s WHO in Executives and Professionals 2005-2006.

Vince Nguyen

With 15 years of experience in real estate investment, international public relations, mergers and  acquisitions, and venture capital. Prior to joining GBI, Mr. Nguyen has assisted individuals and corporations obtain domestic and international financing for their real estate acquisitions. Currently, he also serves as CEO and President of Equity Properties International, Inc., a real estate investment and services company. Mr. Nguyen holds a master's degree in business administration.

Philip Le
VP Planning, Design, & Construction

Over 30 years experience in Architectural Development Planning, Design and Construction.  Recipient of many prestigious awards, including the Prism Award in Design from GHBA and Prism Award in landscaping Design. Mr. Le is a professional registered builder in the US.  He graduated with a Master Degree in Architecture.  Prior to joining GBI, Mr. Le was Founder-President of Le Group Architects with projects in the US, Europe and Asia.

Terry Norwood
Marketing / Sales Consultant

A graduate of Stephen F. Austin University, Mr. Norwood has extensive experience in homebuilding, real estate and mortgage lending.  He started with one of Houston’s largest builders and worked his way from Construction Trainee to President with responsibility for all company activities until the company was sold.  Mr. Norwood founded and managed a real estate brokerage and investment company.  Mr. Norwood was invited to join a mortgage banking firm where he streamlined departments to work more effectively, increased revenues and developed new business.  His personal loan pipeline was $52 million before he resigned to pursue new business opportunities.

As Executive Assistant to GBI President, Miss Martin has 15 years Administrative experience in customer relations.  Her experience includes directing / coordinating office services, and serving as administrative support for all departments.

Ann Cheng
Director of Marketing, ASIA

Over 12 years of experience as an entrepreneur in marketing, consulting and real estate.  She holds a B.A. in English Literature from Guangxi in China and a MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of St. Thomas.  She has traveled worldwide as a delegation member of The Greater Houston Partnership, Houston International Festival and Mayor Bill White’s Office.
