GBI plans to develop Tract I of approximately 8.51 acres of land on the south side of Beechnut Boulevard into a 304 room four or five star hotel, 250,000+SF community mall, 83,120 SF hi-rise office condo , 116 residential condo units  and 2,000 covered parking spaces.
