 GBI Group, LLC acquired approximately 112 acres of land in the Riverstone community in Fort Bend County, Texas on November 2006. The company developed and subdivided this tract of land into 318 lots of 50’x110’ and 60’x110’ for sale to national and large-volume builders in Texas.
Phase I consisting of 178 lots has been completed and sold to four large volume Houston - bases builders. The remaining 140 lots in Phase II will be completed by the 4th quarter of 2010.
