Gemcraft Homes, Inc. has acquired 7.6 acres in the International Management District and Asian Town in Houston, Texas. Gemcraft plans to develop this project into an active adult Garden Apartment Living Community, consisting of approximately 275 units (one and two bedrooms) ranging from 782 square feet to 1,140 square feet, with a 14,200 square foot clubhouse and a 3 story parking garage accommodating over 500 vehicles.
